First things first. Tomcat 4.0.3. is unstable and has a security problem.
You should look at one of the later versions of 4.0.4 or move to 4.0.5
If you look through the archives there was a very helpful guide some time
back - though it was *nix not XTR specific. Also have a look at
http://www.galatea.com/ - the Flash Guides are excellent.
