I think he talking about his PC!
He should get a cd r/w so that he can cut his own CD's
And the only requirement is that you set the PC to boot from the cdrom drive.
And of course the PC must actually boot from the cdrom drive.
I would think that a PC could not boot from a USB cdrom unless the BIOS loads
USB drivers before it actually boots.
