I would get Raqbackup.sh and move your sites to another box and let your
users now what is about to happen. I would then load in the new drive, run
the restore disk and then CMU the sites back in and you are all done.
Search would search the archives for:
Raqbackup.sh
CMU Import
OSRCD
That should give you all the info you need to make a decent recovery.
