I have some cases reported of users (including myself) sending emails to a
mailling list on our Qube3 and the Qube not actually delivering the email.
The users are using either MS Outlook 98 or MS Outlook 2000. As far as I
know, the emails are formated as either Rich Text or as HTML.
Is it possible that MS Outlook to somehow incorrectly format or "corrupts"
the message when in Rich Text or HTML and when it is sent to the Qube3, the
Qube acknowledges receipt of the email which needs to be sent - then,
because it is incorrectly formatted or partially "corrupted" is unsure what
to do with it and therefore drops the email without sending an error report
to the user or the list-owner or postmaster at all?

I wuld suggest that it's more likely that the list (I'm assuming a majordomo
here) is set up to either only accept mail from list members or the list
administrator.
Also, I've only had success with list_name@xxxxxxxxxxxxx entries, so if
you've tried list_name@xxxxxxxxxx it may bounce around "somewhere".
I believe, (but I may be wrong as I've mucked about with the config of my
lists), that any bounces on a cobalt Majordomo go to the Raq admin, not the
list admin or the site admin.
