I don't think that's what I said at all. What I said is that Subscribe
Me Pro you can set the built-in throttle; with generic sendmail
solutions (I'd lump Subscribe Me Lite into that), you throttle the
connection in sendmail.cf.
I've never attempted to modify Subscribe Me Lite.
