With "Subscribe Me Professional" (disclosure: we partner with
"Siteinteractive.com", the publisher's of "Subscribe Me Professional")
we simply tell the program how fast we want emails to leave the server.
With other sendmail-using solutions, which may not have their own
throttles, you might want to look for "onnection" (get both Connection
and connection, as long as you do it without the quotes) on sendmail.cf
to find various adjustments you can make.
