Looks like you compared the features. Good! But do you really need an XTR if you're on a Qube 3 now and it works great? Next thing you should do is compare the prices and then go for the RaQ 550! That's what I did...

I looking for a primarily intranet server for a small organization. The
Qube 3 works great for this but I need it to be more powerful and rackmount.
The server will maintain a database of about 500K to 1Million records.
What are the major differences between those three, any bad experiences out
there. The XTR seems like the winner hands down with raid 5 and up to 4
front mount HD, ?hot-swappable.
