 But if you are using X, it shouldn't matter - X will reach out over the
PCI bus & set the card up itself.

 I'd like to point out that I don't endorse the use of VGA cards in
cobalts. It's a demented. And that's coming from someone that decided
RedHat was a good idea for one :)
