Click on "Site Settings" Under email aliases...Add: mail.richelement.net without the www. Put both: mail.richelement.net richelement.net under email aliases. Remove mail.www.richelement.net if this exists. Then configure your computers email client to accept email for: mail.richelement.net (without www.)
