If it's not in your PATH are you calling it using the full path?  Depending
on what model Cobalt you have and what PKGs are installed, Jeff Bilicki's
shell script may be at /usr/sbin/cobalt/deluser.  If it's not there, use
"locate deluser" to find it or search the archives for the download location
of his shell scripts.  If that doesn't describe your problem, please go into
more detail.  FYI, if you're looking for userdel it should be at
/usr/sbin/userdel, but if you delete a user that way the user will probably
not be deleted from the GUI and PostgreSQL db (assuming your Cobalt version
uses a db backend).
