deluser isn't a valid command in linux, its a shell-script installed on RedHat systems (if memory serves me correctly, though I dont use RH myself), and so not installed on the RaQ.
Do you mean:
userdel xxx
where xxx is the username??
Note of caution though, removing users via the ssh/telnet shell may not correctly allow the UI to keep up, as it will probably still show the user.
