KDE's Konqueror version 3.0.0-12, although I have not tested older
versions. It works fine, but if you are a Gnome guy like me, starting
Konqueror requires the use of the QT graphics library and does have more
overhead than most other browsers if you are running Gnome.

If you are running KDE, the QT libraries are already in use so the
overhead is not as great.

Either way, if you do not install the KDE env., you will have to just to
use Konqueror. Although KDE does have a nice icon editor that I have not
found a similar one for Gnome, although I am pretty sure you can make
icons with Gimp, but it's not as geared towards icons as the KDE one.

Not sure if that is reason enough, but if you use a Cobalt and run
Linux, then install KDE and use Konqueror.

I still have to test Opera 6.
