RE: [cobalt-developers] Creating a pkg file



.pkg file is a tar.gz file, but it is just renamed as .pkg file. So it
is not any relations with the Solaris kinda .pkg file. Simple use tar
command to create an archive with its special file/dir structures.

   To learn how to use tar:

man tar

everthing is there..
