A 4015 error means the PKG is not intended for the system you're installing
it on. What PKG was it and what RaQ model are you trying to install on?

You can unpack an PKG file using tar and gunzip. Then you can inspect the
files. That will give you a better idea of what the problem is and what you
can do to resolve it.
