Not off the shelf; like Jeff said, it's custom development time.
But it shouldn't be terribly hard to do. I'd have to look at
Qpopper source, but I'd guess it would take less than an hour to
modify and test. (I'm banking on Qpopper source being cleaner
than, say, Sendmail... it's been awhile since I've looked.)
