[cobalt-developers] Can the visitor of the web site under cobalt server hosting create his own account?

Hi list,

I made one question before but no body understood me because you send 
me a different answers.

So i change the subjet.

What i need is a web form for the visitors of the one web site, where 
they can create their own accounts, this is for a free mail server.

I don't want that the admin has to create the user account, i need a 
script that create this account depending of what the user choose.
