Fwiw, Tim, some of us are using CMU (on our RaQs) to do backups.

All we have to do in case of failure is "migrate" back to our restored
system.

In fact, in our dedicated server rental group, we're offering a backup
service based on CMU; we automatically back up the clients' servers on a
regular basis, and if their rented system ever fails we quickly restore
to a waiting system, and then rebuild the failed system at leisure.

One of the nice things about CMU is that it only backs up sites and
site-users defined in the database, so it usually won't backup any Raq
compromises.

I don't know if you can port this idea to a Qube, though.
