I've also had exactly the same problem. The Qube3 OS Restore CD is happy
with 20GB disks but when used with 40GB disks you end up with only 6GB
available.
I didn't have time to investigate ... just went back and sourced 20GB disks
which are getting hard to find.
2 x 120GB ... awesome! How do you plan to do backups?
