This is seen because of 'poprelayd'.
It is a daemon running on your machine, keeping track of POP3 logs, to
selectively open relay to the hosts already authenticated by logging in
their POP3 account.
Just tell your clients to always check their mail before sending. Open relay
timeout can be modified with SiteManage.
