You'll have to bug Cobalt to release the source (as required by the
GPL).
I made some noise about this a year ago, and some of the source to the
current updates as of that time was put on ftp.cobaltnet.com under
/pub/products/updates, but it has not been maintained.
They _have_ to supply you with the source that corresponds to the kernel
they distribute (and the C library and everything else under the GPL,
which is much of the Cobalt OS).
