Hi

its an english package,

as i know, there are only english or japanese RAQs. It uses PNGs.
Install instructions:
in your raq software setup, use the url http://cobalt.stapf.com to 
install/update the package. follow the instructions and 
run /etc/cron.daily/webalizer.pl
