Hi,
if you use standard Cobalt's scripts which come with Cobalt Java
Developer Kit, one way only is possible: deploy your application as war
file and restart Tomcat, application will be deployed and context will
be created. Don't remove your war file if you don't need update your
application. Remove, restart Tomcat, then upload your war file and
restart Tomcat again to update your application. Or upload separate
pages/classes by ftp if you need update your application.
Or you can to change cobalt_config.pl script and edit your server.xml
manually as if you have regular Apache Tomcat.
