[cobalt-developers] CGI sending mail through RAQ4

We are using a CGI script to send mail from some of our websites.  It will
sent mail to some addresses, but mostly it doesn't deliver.  I have a few of
the successful log entries followed by some of the errors.  Any ideas?

I just can't figure why.  I have tried using the smart relay host name
utility to use my regular email service and it did not work either.
