Maybe I'm misunderstanding what Travis was asking, but I think he was asking
why mailing lists created on Cobalt servers didn't have the reply-to header
set to the list address. He made reference to the cobalt-users mailing
list, but I interpreted it to mean that since the cobalt-users lists does
have the behavior he desires it's not using the same mailing list program
that the Cobalt servers run. Hope I didn't make that even more confusing.
