Use /etc/rc.d/init.d/tomcat.init start|stop|restart instead.

When you use tomcat.init or httpd restart you will see "Connection
refused" exception on stop of Tomcat but then Tomcat must start without
exception.
If your Tomcat will not run you need to see an exception message for
reason.

I have been trying Cocoon2 on Raq some time ago but have not any success
with it because one of Coccon2 component cannot work without X11
terminal, I cannot solve this problem and install Cocoon 1.8.3 which
works perfectly after some patches.
