Sounds like you may have some kind of a special situation, I
was taken the norm, which is that you are usually assigned a block
of IP addresses which are a subnet.
Better talk to your ISP.
You cna manually set the size /24 is the default, but you cna change it
it the DNS GUI. Edit the PTR record. (I think click on the edit icon)
