[cobalt-developers] Service Form

Taco I have submitted the order and I have to leave now - So in any event,
let me know if additional information is needed. I prefer the instructions
on the PHP source tarball - This is if the one on that site is Cobalt
specific or is it a RedHat general rpm!!

I have done ./configure before, and I have dealt with rpm's before -
However, I don't like to mess with the production machine in case something
goes wrong -
