I'm not sure that's quite true. Someone announced that Taco (who creates a
lot of packages) installed phpMyAdmin for the person and that person was
overjoyed by the functionality of the software. AFAIK, it's not listed on
the package site and the poster didn't actually say it was a package. Maybe
you should contact the original poster off-list to find out.
