Hi John,
I've seen an issue where this happens if your domain name does not have a
dot (".") in it. What are the names of the sites on your box? You can just
send the output of "ls /home/sites/". You should see the WEB-INF directories
inside directories like /home/sites/home/web/.
As far as the Tomcat context, this is an internal detail relating to
Tomcat configuration. Reading the Tomcat documentation (at
jakarta.apache.org) can help.
