I recently obtained an Equifax cert for a client and discovered their
dismal support.  My client had a system-crash <frown> and now we can't
figure out how to reinstall the cert on a W2k system, even though we've
got all the files.

We will NOT be using Equifax again, as long as I have anything to say
about it.
