Re: [cobalt-developers] APOP and SSL



Anyone know where we can find info on APOP - we are writing a mailer built into our own software and all of the Visual Basic tools we find only allow for regular POP3 logon, no APOP ability.

I assume you're asking what Windows e-mail clients can use APOP.  Eudora
(even version 3 from 1997!) and Outlook Express can, and there are probably
more.

Sure.  I've had varying levels of success using stunnel
(http://stunnel.mirt.net/).
