This is part of my concern. Not so much the JDk1.3.1 issue, since I am
using the JDK1.3.1 rpm, but I also use InterClient 2.0 and really do not
want 1.6.
Aside from all of that, are their any Graphical advantages. Or do you
just have the ability to Turn it on and off from the Admin Control Panel?
If that is the case I would just install Tomcat myself, due to the
additional stuff that I already have. Is there anything special about
the pkg version, except for the obvious advantage of it automatically
making entries for each virtual site?
Thanks, sorry to be picky.
The Sun Cobalt Package consists of Sun's latest J2SE version 1.3.1 SDK
(formerly known as JDK), plus Tomcat from the Jakarta project, plus a
couple of database-related items.
Best Regards,
/Gordon
