I'm not familar with the Qubes, but that's where it is on the RaQs.  Do
"whereis sendmail" to find it on your system.  Also "locate sendmail" which
will find any file with that string in the name.

The location should be a file, not a path.  So the file you found is
correct.  FYI, do "locate .pl" to find other perl scripts on the server,
then view them using cat, more or less.  "man cat", "man more", etc to view
manuals.
