[cobalt-developers] Trouble installing Webalizer 1.30.4

I had a failed attempt at installing Webalizer 1.30.4.  Now, it shows in my
administrative interface of my RaQ 4 as being installed, but it doesn't
appear to work or be on any of the virtual sites.

I have tried to upgrade to version 2 using two different .pkg packages that
are out there and neither of them will upgrade because they say there is an
existing version.

Any suggestions on how to force an installation of the 1.3 version or force
an installation of the 2.0 version?
