One for each site, however to activate one for all sites then replace the
error files in:

/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/error/

So, make your design/errors and then name them exactly as the ones in
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/error and that should make it work for all sites.

Does this work for all sites, or does a .htaccess file need to be created
for each site. ?
