You will need to use a disk with at least the same number of LBA sectors
as the disk you are replacing. You can use a larger disk without ill
effect, the extra capacity will be unused. I would get the next largest
disk available in the same product family, which I think is a 30Gb disk.
The linux md driver will refuse to mirror a partition of a given size to
a partition of smaller size - it is physically impossible to do so.
