Getting the same strange answer from tech support twice can be translated
as: "we don't know". They just don't want to say so. Building your own 2.4
kernel on a raq should be very hard. First of all the bios only supports
2.2 kernels. You also need to compile a shitload of cobalt patches into
the kernel. The smartest choice would be to download de 2.4 packages from
ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/users/thockin/2.4. And read the README files!! You
need to flash your raq before you can boot the 2.4 kernel. I gues that
will void your warranty :) Good luck!
