As one who whines...I think you have a lot of nerve making
assumptions....I for one don't sit in an office provided by anyone other
than myself.

But, when I have made an error, I certainly don't have enough nerve to
tell my customers they have to pay for the correction, and/or pay
for the information to correct it on their own.
