Yep....and you would think that at such a profit margin they would have
been able to produce something that wasn't broken.
Years ago I worked for a computer distributor...we brought in tons of
offshore accessory cards. When a particular batch acted flakey, we
made sure we shipped them to our customers that had the most qualified
technicians....that way, we got the customers to trouble shoot the
product...and still were able to charge them.
Sound familiar?
