Yea...I kinda remember many years ago that you could get away with just
about anything in the computer field.  And, I worked for a software house
that always charged the customer to fix applications that we produced that
didn't work right.

I left the company because I didn't like their ethics...and I haven't
changed much at all....I think Cobalt/Sun has one Hell of a lot of nerve
to charge/void warranty if we correct their errors.

Oh well, it's an appliance...so as long as the wash comes out clean, it's
doing the job.
