Hi,
We have a very big problem with the RaQ XTR's. We provide all our clients
with a powerswitch port, so that if the RaQ hangs for any reason, they can
reboot it them selves, and spare us a 100km drive to the datacenter.
The problem with the XTR is, when power is cut off, and put on again, you
still have to press the cobalt logo in front to get it booting.
There were no such problems with the RaQ3/4, but with the XTR it is a big
problem. I allready phoned emea sapphire technical support, and they say
its a setting in the bios. They haven't contacted me since, so i wonder if
anyone here can give me a solution?
With kind regards,
Peter Batenburg
