Technical support will charge to assist with configuration of new
software, OS customizations, etc.. I expect they support RAID and
field Cobalt Linux questions directly.

Your bad experiences with the RaQ XTR are unfortunate.
Sun Cobalt's software and hardware sustaining groups are continuously
addressing issues with the XTR, and all our other products for that
matter. Please stay in touch with technical support and watch BlueLinQ
or the www.cobalt.com website for software updates.

problems can be resolved.

Sun Microsystems has a great reputation for engineering and technical
support. Be patient and you will notice Sun's positive influences in
our products & services.

We've got great products in development and some great innovations
available now, like the multilingual Qube 3.
