We haven't seen the capseng (ASP) problem yet, but thanks

Yes, the exact same problems. The excessive CPU problem
can be solved (manually) by running Top every now and then,
and then manually killing an excess processes:

  kill -9 <number>

It sure seems like that, doesn't it?
