I believe you need to configure with mod_perl. Also, don't do the 'make
install' step since Cobalt has Apache files in non-standard locations. You
should run this against your old Apache binary to see what was compiled in:
/usr/sbin/httpd -l
Make sure you compile the same modules within your new install. Here's a
URL of some instructions that might give you a better idea what needs to be
done.
