[cobalt-developers] POP3 Problem -- qpopper

My problem is that one of my virtual domains has been using five e-mail
accounts since their site was set up two months ago without any problems.
Mysteriously, Monday it did not work. They get a message saying something
to the effect of "the server has cut off their communication or has timed
out". This error always happens no matter what time of day or how you try
so we have ruled out their internet connection. However, I can set up a pop
mail client on my end at my shop and pop mail from any one of their accounts
with no trouble. So it is like there is some kind of a block on their DSL
IP address not allowing qpopper to communicate with that IP address. Does
this sound like I have been hacked? All other mail accounts were find -- no
other customers are complaining that they cannot receive their e-mail.
Recommendation on direction?

TIA,
