I had this problem several months ago and actually talked with a Cobalt 
engineer about it.  As it hasn't been said I'll say it now:  This 
package is totally unsupported by Cobalt in conjunction with the Raqs.  
Funny ain't it.

It can cause problems on the Raq which is why I never ended up 
installing it for the users.  They have to use their ISP's SMTP and 
configure their email client to relfect their Raq address in the Reply 
To: field.
