Install POP before SMTP and they can use the server for relaying so long as
they have a valid account on the box and this is set in the mail client they
use

One of my virtual domains cannot get SMTP service from their DSL provider
because they only have a connection and do not have any e-mail accounts. I
would like to know how I can allow them to use their Cobalt RaQ 3 for their
SMTP outgoing mail. It doesn't appear to allow them to send through it
currently. Any ideas or suggestions?
