Hi there,
You need to add MX entries for the domain and www, e.g.
dnet-l.com mail is sent to the High priority mail server mail.dnet-1.com
and
www.dnet-l.com mail is sent to the High priority mail server mail.dnet-1.com
And make sure mail.dnet-l.com is not a cname ...
