Yes!
We had an interesting incident of a client who misundstood what a mailing
list was and pasted in 6000 email address (half duff!) then posted a message
to it. You guessed the next bit all the duff mailboxes got referred back to
the mailing list and back out again, promptly upsetting the other 3000 email
users, and so on!
I can therefore confirm that Cobalt boxes will handle in excess of 250,000
email a day!!!!!!!
As a result we had to educated the client and edit the majordomo conf
files....
If you go to the majordomo conf file you can manually (with pico) edit the
address of who is allowed to post to each mailing list. Its well documented
so you shouldn't find it hard!
