I just applied the OS Release 4.0 for the RAQ3 and everything seems to be
working fine.

The only thing that I noticed is that the following updates that get
obsoleted by this update do not get removed from the list of programs
installed in the server under the "install software" section of the "control
panel".

The problem is that Cobalt did not get their names right. The "upgrade-me"
shell script in the .pkg file did not find them in the list of installed
programs because they were not spelled right:
